Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Find Me Football app ("FMF", "the app", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply to all users of the app, including match creators, players, and anyone browsing content.
User Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- A valid phone number is required to register — it is used to verify your identity via OTP
- Each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your account with others
- The name and photo you add to your profile should be your own
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these requirements.
User Responsibilities
By using FMF, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information on your profile
- Treat other players with respect — on the app and on the pitch
- Show up to matches you have joined. If you can't make it, leave the game in advance so your spot can be filled
- Vote honestly and fairly when participating in post-match voting
- Not use the app to harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Match Creator Responsibilities
If you create a match on FMF, you take on additional responsibilities:
- You are responsible for organising and running the game
- Provide accurate match details — location, time, player limit, and cost
- Close the match within 24 hours of the game ending
- Submit match results honestly. Falsifying results undermines the platform for everyone
- If a match is cancelled, notify players promptly through the app
Prohibited Behavior
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
- Manipulating or gaming the XP system through artificial means
- Coordinating fake votes or influencing voting outcomes dishonestly
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating other players
- Spamming other users with messages or match invites
- Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the app
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose
XP and Gamification
- XP (experience points), levels, and badges are virtual rewards with no monetary value
- XP cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for any real-world value
- We reserve the right to adjust, recalculate, or reset XP at any time — for example, to correct errors or update the scoring system
- XP earned through prohibited behavior will be removed and the account may be suspended
Content and Profile Standards
- Profile photos must be appropriate and may not contain offensive, explicit, or misleading content
- Usernames and display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or violate anyone's rights
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You may delete your own account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data.
Limitation of Liability
FMF is a platform that connects players and facilitates match organisation. We are not responsible for:
- Any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur at physical matches
- The conduct of other users on or off the app
- Disputes between players or match creators
- Pitch availability, conditions, or booking disputes
Participation in football matches involves physical risk. You participate at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change.
Continued use of the app after changes are published means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
